Ingredients:
- 1 cup mango juice/ pulp
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- Tencha’s culinary matcha
- Hot water
- Sweetener of choice (optional)*
*As mango is quite sweet on its own, adding sweetener is optional.
Preparation:
- Whisk 1 heaped tencha spoon of matcha with a shot of hot water.
- Add whisked matcha to a tall glass.
- Blend milk and mango juice / pulp together in a separate glass.
- Pour the mixture on top of whisked matcha.
- Sprinkle matcha on top of the glass.
- Additionally you can also add a slice of mango on top.
